Construction has been the foundation of this business since the early 1990s. The value of that is not nostalgia — it is that we have seen how most projects go wrong, which means we can see it coming on yours while it is still early enough to fix.
We hold the same quality and safety standard on a 220,000 square foot industrial complex as on a boutique interior — for our own workforce, for visitors, and for the public around an active site.
World‑class craftsmanship combined with current construction technology — and specialist ground work most firms hand off, including foundation stabilisation, helical and push‑pin piles and underpinning. Tilt‑up erection sequencing and hand‑painted cement tile are the same discipline applied at different scales.
We build relationships by being straight with people. That means telling a client early when a design will not hold its budget, when a schedule has slipped, and when the answer they want is not available — rather than discovering it together three months into construction.
Our team is deliberately diverse in background and discipline, because the questions a project throws at you rarely arrive in one specialism. An estimator, a superintendent and a design manager looking at the same drawing set will each catch something the others do not.
The result is that clients come back, and they bring us work that sits at the edge of what is buildable. That is the part of this business we are actually in.

Max Mowzoon is the general contractor on record across this portfolio — the activity centres and the fire station, the corporate campuses in Gilbert and Scottsdale, the technology headquarters, the medical building, the houses in Paradise Valley and Clearwater Hills, and the Miami and Fort Lauderdale work. More than thirty years of it, across four states and abroad.
He also designed and built Radio Bahá'í and the teaching institutes in Bolivia and Peru, undertaken as a voluntary service project and approved by the Universal House of Justice. He drew the concept sheets by hand, produced the permit sets at 1:100 and 1:200, and carried them through the provincial authority at Oruro himself — then built them. Passive solar orientation and solar water heating were designed in from the start, because a building on the altiplano has to work with almost no infrastructure behind it.
That project is the shortest explanation of how this firm works: every aspect considered for the community it serves, in a place where a poor decision cannot be corrected later.
